Tool maker
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Tool Maker or similar role within a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in CAM programming, CNC operation, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and electrical discharge machining (EDM).
Strong understanding of machining processes, including lathe operations and assembly techniques.
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certification is preferred.
CNC Programmer/tech
Responsibilities
MUST BE ABLE TO INTERPRET BLUE PRINTS
Operate CNC milling machines with precision and efficiency.
Set up tooling and fixtures for machining operations.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
Perform programming tasks using Fanuc/Haas and similar controls to create machining programs.
Conduct routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.
Inspect finished products for quality assurance using hand tools and measuring instruments.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
Handle materials safely and efficiently throughout the manufacturing process.
Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the machining process.
